The Terms and Conditions of Our Commercial & Residential Cleaning Company
– The customer hereby expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement and any future additions to this agreement. The customer is responsible for regularly reviewing this agreement. Cifuentes Cleaning services are available only to individuals 18 years and older. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
-Payment pre-authorization- When a service is posted we may pre-authorize a payment card. Once a service has been completed we take the payment. Cifuentes Cleaning does not allow cash, check, or money order transactions.
-Service-
Cifuentes Cleaning Services will attempt to match you with a service provider near your area. We do not guarantee that we will be able to match your service needs with a service professional or that there are service professionals in your area who are either capable or willing to complete your service needs. We make no representations or guarantees regarding the skills of such service.
For services that have a per-hour price, the minimum hourly requirement will be the time spent by the provider. The average condition of residential or commercial properties does not include the following- negligence (ex. Heavily greasy and/or soiled appliances, floors objects, fixtures, and areas)- heavily disorganized homes- disposal of leftover/trash/furniture- biohazards(ex. Black mold, lead, syringes, broken glass)- pathological waste- hoarding- abandonment property- properties without electricity or water
Card pre-authorization- When you schedule a service, we may pre-authorize the full payment on the payment card 24 hours prior to your service date. A service date will only be confirmed when pre-authorization is successfully received. This pre-authorization will be released if the service is canceled.
Refund Policy- All services are final and non-refundable but we offer a “re-clean”. This service must be a mistake from the service providers and not caused by customers. Customers must report requests or complaints within 24 hours. The customer must submit photo evidence with a description of any missed areas. Service or items not eligible for our reclean- property not in average condition, property without electricity/water, property incorrectly booked!
